Motel and RV Park stays of less than 30 days are 
subject to 6% Jefferson County Tax 1% State Tax
(All rates are based on double occupancy)
All rooms include a 22" flat-screen TV with Dish Network basic channels.
Check out time is before 11 AM. Check in time is after 3 PM unless otherwise arranged. 
Cancellation Policy:
    In the event of a cancellation with 7 days or more notice no charge will be made. If shorter notice is given and the room or RV space cannot be filled, we will charge one night stay on your credit card.
No refunds for early departure.

*Summer Rates are from May 27 to September 30. Winter rates (Oct 1 though May 26)  are discounted by $10 with great ski packages available as well. Senior or AAA discounts are available.

All rooms have refrigerators, coffee makers, coffee, tea, etc. 
Kitchenette rooms have stoves and toaster ovens.  The other rooms have microwave ovens. 
Picnic area with tables, BBQ's, charcoal and lighter fluid included at no additional charge.
There is no room service but daily towel exchange are included upon request.
Additional Guests
$5 per person per night over four. Children under 5 are free.
$10 per night per pet
(Pets must not be left in the room unattended.)
