Aspen *Two double beds, kitchenette, two chairs Summer Rate= $85**	Cedar Two double beds, double couch bed Summer Rate* = $75
Jackpine King bed, futon couch, kitchenette Summer Rate = $85	Ponderosa Two double beds, single pullout Summer Rate* = $75
Spruce King bed, futon couch, kitchenette Summer Rate* = $85	Tamarack King bed, double pullout couch Summer Rate* = $75

Motel and RV Park stays of less than 30 days are
subject to 6% Jefferson County Tax 1% State Tax
(All rates are based on double occupancy) Check out time is before 11 AM. Check in time is after 3 PM unless otherwise arranged.

*Summer Rates are from May 27 to September 30. Winter rates (Oct 1 though May 26) are discounted by $10 with great ski packages available as well. Senior or AAA discounts are available.

All rooms have refrigerators, coffee makers, coffee, tea, etc.
Kitchenette rooms have stoves and toaster ovens. The other rooms have microwave ovens.
Picnic area with tables, BBQ's, charcoal and lighter fluid included at no additional charge.
Room service is not provided but daily towel exchange is included upon request.
Additional Guests
$5 per person per night over four. Children under 5 are free.
$10 per night per pet
(Pets must not be left in the room unattended.)
